Simulations for practice

In an ultra-modern testing laboratory our test engineers can simulate all environmental, climatic and dynamic loads and other stresses on components using sophisticated testing procedures.

For example, we can test the components at temperatures between - 72°C and 180°C and at a relative humidity of 10 % to 98 %; we also carry out vibration endurance and shock tests up to a maximum shock load of 230 times the acceleration due to gravity. Thus the reliability and quality of the individual components are insured in accordance with the customer’s specifications – even before series production starts. And this is done on state-of-the-art testing equipment that uses up to 70 % less energy than was feasible in the past.
